About Senator Jerry Stevenson

Senator Jerry Stevenson is a Republican member of the Utah State Senate, representing District 21. He has served in this position since January 25, 2010.

Prior to his service in the Utah Senate, Stevenson was a three-term mayor of Layton from 1994 until 2006. He has also served as a Layton City Council Member.

Professional Life

Stevenson attended Utah State University. He has worked as a Weber State University Trustee, the Wasatch Integrated Energy Chair, doing military installation, and as the UTA Rail Committee Chair. 

Personal Life

Stevenson makes his home in Layton, Utah. He is happily married, and a proud father and grandfather.
